INGREDIENTS:
- 2 pounds pork sausages
- 1 pound bacon
- 4 potatoes peeled and sliced
- 2 carrots sliced
- 1 large celery stalk diced
- 2 medium onions chopped
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- fresh coriander and thyme chopped
- hard cider
- fresh parsley chopped
DIRECTIONS:
Fry bacon until crisp and transfer to large crockpot. Brown sausages in bacon grease and add to bacon. Add onions, garlic, potatoes, carrots, celery, coriander and thyme to meat. Cover with hard cider and cook on medium heat until potatoes are tender. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving. Serves 4!
